Peels can dramatically improve the texture and tone of your skin, as well as help clear up certain existing skin conditions. You don’t need to be bothered by the appearance of your tired, dull, dry, blemished, ageing skin when you look in the mirror.
Why not treat yourself to a radiant skin boost?
What is a Chemical Peel?
Chemical peels work to resurface and improve overall skin health. They can be used to improve skin texture, reduce brown spots, brighten skin, reduce wrinkles and fine lines, and improve acne and acne scarring. You immediately see an irresistible glow, radiant skin and a vibrant complexion.
At PS Aesthetics Clinic we offer a range of AlumierMD Chemical Peels that are known for their excellent results and safety profile.

Brighter Ideas in Skin Science
The key to beautiful skin is your skin care professional who can customise your AlumierMD experience. No more guesswork; enjoy a professional treatment that is catered to your specific skin needs and see real results.
Most beneficial ingredients for the skin tend to degrade or denature when placed in the low pH of chemical peel formulas. With that scientific information in mind, AlumierMD peels use only the pure acids; antioxidants, anti-aging and brightening booster ingredients are applied post-peel in our Brightening Accelerator so all components remain effective.
By combining your customised home care regime with potent professional treatments, the result is radiant skin with improvements in tone and texture, and the visible signs of ageing.

How many treatments will I need? This will depend on your age, your skin condition and a variety of other factors. We usually recommend starting your SkinPen plan with 3 treatments 30 days apart. Depending on the skin concern being targeted, your skin response and the size and severity of the area being treated, this can vary. SkinPen is also a great treatment option that can be intermittently used in conjunction with other treatments. You can speak to one of our professionals who will put together a treatment plan to suit your needs. Maintenance treatments may be required to support and optimise your result.
It sounds painful! Is it?It’s really not. Depending on your pain tolerance an anaesthetic numbing cream can be applied to the treatment area beforehand to ensure you’re in no pain throughout the procedure.
What will I look like immediately post-procedure?Immediately after your SkinPen treatment you will look as though you have moderate sunburn and your skin may feel warm and tighter than usual. This will start to subside after 1 to 2 hours and will normally recover within the same day with only slight redness the following day. Your practitioner will provide you with aftercare advise following your treatment.
Can I wear makeup after the treatment? We advise that make up is not applied for 24 hours after the procedure and a strong UVA/UVB sunscreen is recommended following the treatment.
